get rid of the nos seat covers. Those things in my opinion look fugly. I like the truck otherwise.

Bigger tires; no seat covers; remove the wind deflectors around the side windows; paint that canopy jet balack; and get some new carpet in there!

    Otherwise, looks alright.

Maybe also get a brush bar on top with some super-bright spotlights, would look sweet.

I have to agree about the seat covers - and those are the cheap ones from AutoZone, et al. Other than that, I like it - have always liked the Dakota's :thumb:

    yea
im actually taking the canopy off and ive got a toolbox for the back

the seatcovers do look kinda bad, but they keep the seats clean s oonce they've worn out ill get rid of them.

not gonna put spotlights on, they cost more than im prepared to pay for something im probly not going to even use :p

    but yea
im putting a flowmaster exhaust on it next week (6)

If you're going to take the cap off and put in a tool box, there's nothing like a nice HEAVY set of roll bars on a truck ;)

    That thing's f*cking huge.

Get rid of the seat covers, get some nicer wheels, maybe kit out the interior a little, and get rid of the canopy altogether tbh (it looks fugly). Apart from that it's nice though :thumb:

Huge? Are you kidding me? It's a quarter-ton, not even a full-size truck.

    That's a nice-looking truck. Did you say $10000CAD? Isn't that like £3000? That's mad.

In the UK it's very rare that you'll see a truck anywhere near that size. Would love to see a full-size one :)

    I like it.

If your going to use the crook lock on the steering wheel its a good idea to put it on the other way so the black handle bit goes up into the windscreen pillar.

Otherwise its just a nice handle for the "crooks" to snap your steering lock :eyebrow:

Is the steering wheel ribbed for your pleasure? ;) :p

Nice truck, I agree that it does look underwheeled.

You do a lot of offroading? I would hate to see what those bull bars would do to a pedestrian...

A nice bit of automotive silliness. Is it fun to drive? I would second the comment about the bull-bars also.

Here's a regular, full-size Ford F150 that belongs to a friend of mine. To compare, flanking it to either side is a Pontiac Grand Am.

Here's a Dodge Ram 1500 (big brother to the Dakoda) that was in the parking lot. To the left is a Chevy Impala and the right is a Ford F150 Crew Cab.

because our average vehicle is more than 3ft longer than the regular ones over there?

and those aren't even the largest pickups you can buy.... f350/ram3500/chevy 3500 series are even bigger...

(should go take a pic of my hemi...)
