   Did you kill the Chef? I hated that target. I spent literally 3 hours on that mission and most of it was spent not understanding why he wasn't doing the thing I wanted him to do. I wanted to kill him without just shooting him. Plus he stood in one spot for like 10 minutes and it turned out it was a bug. I had to keep walking into someone in the crowd to get the AI rolling again.
