    You can get full z 270 board from msi for the same price and corsair vs450 is just 5£ more.

    Seems like an updated version of the Smart Response Technology from a few years back, certainly the same idea anyway but that used a small (max 64gb) m.sata drive.

    Recently fitted one to my gigabyte z77 board and it's made a noticeable difference - didn't expect to see the idea used again on modern systems though lol.
