    So slightly lower than best-in-class resolution, but a bit cheaper than the Samsung, and probably a lot cheaper than the vive pro. Fair enough.

    What is the diffrence between "device as a service" and "hardware leasing"? Other than cool buzzwords, I mean.

    hardware leasing is where you enter a contract with a supplier to supply you with working hardware for a fixed period.

    Device as a service is ******** marketing speak for 'we're going to make you pay for this as many times as we can get away with it.'.

    It's functionally identical to their existing Windows MR HMD. Only real change is the facepads can be more easily removed and replaced, and for your extra $50 you get 3 spares.
