    Haven't scoured the licence, but the fact that VMmark is a thing suggests not.

    Bets on whoever was assigned to prepare the release paperwork getting a bollocking for just copy&pasting the license for the pre-release test firmware (wot done gets sent to mobo manufacturers and the like before any sort of public rollout)?
