    To the surprise of absolutely nobody, and following immediately after the exact same local impact from the steel import tariffs.
    Every nation that has ever attempted to cut off ties to other nations and become insular has diminished and collapsed as a result. That strategy has never worked, and will continue to not work.

    Other companies are seeing a benefit due to Broadcom being unable to ship which is nice :)

    On the bright side, the US has a recycling industry again, after China blocked our plastic and scrap metal from entering their country in January 2018. (Everything else is just moving to Singapore or Mexico or some other place with appallingly low labor costs and environmental regulations).
    ...
    Wish it was Qualcomm posting this loss, though.
