    If I dishonestly failed to protect my customers assets, because that's what makes me the most profits - I don't just pay a fine, I get jailed for fraud (unless I'm mates with the right people of course) and made to compensate the customers for their loss.
    I see nobody here gets personally punished for breaking the rules, and each customer gets no compensation....
