    Doesn't look like the (public facing) Windows Policy documents have been updated yet, but it will be interesting to see how much - if at all - this limits user modification of a system.
    Currently, getting that little Windows hardware certification sticker (and the ability to sell systems with Windows pre-installed and advertise them as such) requires giving end users the ability to manually add new keys to the Secure Boot key store and the ability to disable Secure Boot altogether.
