I have probably collected over 500 old games on Steam that I would love to get round to playing. As long as they’re easy to set up using the controller ... sweeeeeet!

Most games on steam have controller support, so long as Dell remembers to follow the xbone button scheme it'll be fine.

my son has been planing to build a similar thing with a rpi 3/4 and a wii-u pad. shame they are not making this available. even a low spec one with a decent screen would be ideal to stream steam games to

We can stream to our phones using the Steam Link app - and then I think Razer has announced (at CES) phone controllers for phones which look pretty good. Might be a solution?

might well be but for the learning process hacking apart a wii u pad and possibly killing an rpi board or two as will need to get the boards slimmed down by removing some ports might be decent learning curve for him
