3D headsets

    why is this in audio, its 3d glasses :lol:
    mods getting sloppy ;)

    I would imagine that they would have a flicker to them, even if your monitor runs at 75+ hz since its interleaving the frames for each eye. Might cause a headache after a while of using, but it should be neat to see and use.

    The best 3-d system Ive seen uses 2 projectors with polarizing lens's oriented in perpedicular directions to each other. The glasses had corresponding polarizing filters, awesome effect it had. Just had to get a screen that wouldnt mess up the polarization.

    I managed to get an old MX440 working with those red/blue filter glasses on a projector. I remember playing NFS:Underground in 3D. it appears black and white though, gives a headachesafter hour or so.
    I never really managed to try the 3d glasses; I was trying to find a CRT projector to have a big screen + high refresh rate.
