All of my games and 3D progs are displaying artifacts and causing instability. It isn't a VID card problem and I wanted to know the possibility of other hardware being the problem as opposed to SW.

well if you don't have the proper driver (XP) it could make your 3d unstable. go download the latest XP driver for your card and see what's happening

The card is a TI4200 with the latest nVidia drivers. In StarEdit (starcraft) white spots are randomly distributed about the screen. It also happens with an Ati card that I own. I thought it might be a CPU problem and UCed 1050 MHz from 1600 and they dissappeared. It's likly CPU/ MoBo/ Ram. But which??? :sigh:
