Talking about GF3 http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=3884896 Beat the 10K mark, and thats 2 years ago Ahhh, my TH7 and the 2.266 Intel
Well things are hotting up at the tail end of the chart, as an ever increasing number of members are posting Geforce 3 scores, each outdoing the other. Nice one Martin_R This could turn ugly. All we need is a Geforce 2 battle to really stir things up. Keep it up guys.
Hehe gonna get back into the fray with some old skool kit soon, back on a kt333 for the summer along with a nice TI4200, hoping to break 14k with that, if the old t/bred can still get up to 2.2ghz that is Brought/buying a ti200 (geforce3) for 30 quid as well, so hoping to get that over 10k... Sure both are attainable, the ti200 was up to 9300 odd on the other guys untweaked crappy latency system so fingers crossed!
Well I managed just under 16k with a Ti4200, will be aiming to break that when the LanParty arrives. Looked up some of my old Gf3 scores, but werent worth posting.
Dont think 16 is on the cards tbh, ~2.2 t/bred jsut wont give that, especially with crap latencies and only ~ 180 ish fsb Might be worth strapping the torndao to the gfx though see if theres more life in the card....
http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=7953218 One for the top(Well, it's toppish!) A 9800nonpro flashed to XT at 454/370 and A64 1MB at 2450
a bit of oc'in later and .... 10566 i was running tbred b 2100+ @ 2344mhz 2*256mb generic pc2100 @ 347mhz asus deluxe gf3ti200 @ 255/520
While I'm waiting for my X800, I thought I'd play around a bit with my GF2MX200, on my 8RDA+ rig with my less-than-wonderful 2600+M PH34R
i hate you, i really do how the hell you manage that with a geforce 2? best ive got so far is this clocks @ 240/381mhz edit: actually i realise i have a crappy 64 bit version
Chart Update Well not only do we have a revitalised Geforce 3 challenge going on, but now the Geforce 2's are being resurrected from the dead. Go Kammy Might have to put one in thats lying around here somewhere.
Oi, mine's an MX200. SDR too, which is probably why I get artifacting in Windows at anything over 220MHz At those clocks, 3dMark was artifact city anyway, I cut up a copper Vantec Iceberq to fit on the core and everything Need more speed! I've also got a Voodoo2 8MB lying around somewhere, could go nicely with a Matrox Millenium 2...if I can find Win2k drivers
Coinsidence! I just got out my Geforce ddr and lapped the core and put a big black heat sink on it I got 3.2k out of it, not to bad for the age of the card Just found this! http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=4133568 My voodoo 5500 getting 1124
Damn, need to find an old card to have a play with! Dont have a spare "destroyable" one anywhere *sigh* 11.8k and rising on a 4200 though, need to get the system up from 166 fsb/1.5ghz and see how close to 14k she'll go
