Like the title says i am looking for a 3rd party app to programm the media buttons on my G11 to work with winamp and VLC. Anyone knows anything? Thanks EDIT: sorry i just saw i am in the wrong forum. Could someone please move this? Thanks
What do you mean "work"? The media keys on my G15 work fine in WinAmp, you need to turn on global hotkeys though. If this is your problem, open the preferences, and go to General Preferences > Global Hotkeys and enable them. Play/pause works by default in VLC I think, if not maybe there's a similar option. If this isn't what you're getting at, ignore my post.
Have you got the G-series keyboard profiler app runnign in the system tray? Occasionally if I had closed it, some of my G15's keys would stop working properly.
Thanks arson that fixed it for winamp! VLC not and in the hotkeys setting i cant choose these buttons. But its not that importand anyway. Thanks! mods can close this thread.
