    I don't think it can be done. A usable GPU and C2D-capable motherboard for $110? Half your budget is in your CPU, thats never a good idea. Your CPU would be crippled by the garbage mobo you'll have to buy.

    You would probably be better off with a E7200 and a nicer board and graphics, otherwise you really aren't going to be happy.

    Or, save up another $100 would be the best thing to do if you're hellbent on a E8400.
