Why does my video card display a bunch of misplaced pixels and things on startup sometimes. It's pretty much on stock settings...not overclocked much. I also check the voltage on the card on startup at it says its at 1.8v...then after a minute or two it goes back down to normal 1.5v...what the hell is this?
Sometimes on startup it displayes the misplaced pixels and never stops and I have to restart my comp. :cries:
