I've building a Core-i5 750 with a MSI P55-GD65 and an MSI GTX 460. I am of course going to overclock everything and need some help choosing a 4gb RAM kit. It's kind of hard to choose what RAM is better (in terms of overclockability) than others so I figured I can consult my peers.

Preferably products from newegg because that is where I shop. Thanks in advance!

    Budget: $125.00 USD or less

    Corsair XMS3 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (CMX4GX3M2A1600C9).

That's probably your best bet for overclocking.

How far do you push your 1600mhz RAM? BLCK at 160 puts the RAM at it's default specs of 1600mhz (from 1333), and increasing the BLCK any further to push my CPU more will OC the RAM beyond 1600mhz as well - something I've never been willing to try.

I just got my new i5 system and am using the corsiar xms3 PC3-12800C9 in it. Though I haven't overclocked yet due to an issue with one of my hdd's.
I would say that a kit with 1600Mhz speed is probably the highest you need, I looked at your motherboard and it seems to have the usual memory multipliers of 6, 8 and 10.
This means that if you managed to push the bclock to 200mhz you could use the 8 times multiplier to get the memory speed of (200x8=) 1600Mhz. This would also give you a max limit of 4ghz on the processor with the standard 20x multiplier.
I don't think its too likely you'll get a bclock of 200mhz without some very gd cooling and extra voltage but its possible, if you intend to try and clock it even higher you will probably be best off with faster memory.
I think the gskil set already recomended within your budget would suit you well as it has gd timings and is by a gd brand.
