Hey guys, I'm currently trying to fix an ipod touch 4thgen that has been rooted(jailbroken) with redsn0w tethered jailbreak, and is now kernel panicking. Every time I turn on the device it panics, and even itunes can not restore successfully. However, I have tried most of my options and tried re-jailbreaking it with redsn0w, but with no luck. If anyone knows of any ways to fix a kernel panic, please let me know.
I don't think you're allowed to post things like this in the forum considering that apple don't want you doing it
which version of ios are you jailbreaking on? try 4.1 if thats not what you are already using. to get a restore via itunes, get it into recovery mode first before connecting it if you haven't tried that already.
I've tried 4.1 already and it could not restore. As soon as the restore begins the panic starts happening. Also I've tried rejailbreaking it, but the jailbreak completes but ends with a kernel panic.
