M8, get the 14dBa ones, the thermistors are crap! you wont hear 14 anways :D
(might be the 11's that have connectors to "mod" them to 14, will have to check up on that though)

Bah, CBA to tidy, and TBH they dont restrict airflow at all....
    :worried:

Another option is panaflo, fairly quiet and a high airflow....

Its attatched to a zalman fan bracket m8 :D You can see it snaking off to the rear of the case where is screwed to 3 PCI bays.

    welcome to the forums....

not having had one of them before, this might be a longshot, but i imagine the bracket that attaches the fan to the case, also gets attached to where the expansion cards are screwed in...

Erm well the ram seemed to perform rather nicely, it did UP to 215 fsb on 2,2,3,11 but nothing more, relaxing the timings, zip nada. Adding more voltage made things worse that was 3500 EL, and it wouldnt post its rated speeds at all, not even with 2.8v.....

Seems like good stuff, nice bandwidth, fine to work with... will know more when mine returns...!

Sorry to post a bit OT, where are you guys getting your silenX fans from...I've yet to find a supplier in the UK, and I have spent a while looking...I'll probably kick myself as it'll be somewhere obvious but I haven't been able to track down a supplier. I'm after a couple of 120mm ones for when I get my SLK-3700BQE case :)
