Multi-billion dollar bomber development program, multi-million dollar flight training program, multi-billion dollar support infrastructure/vessels, tens of thousands of dollars per unit of ordnance... Or a body on the ground you've already got with just a multi-million dollar weapons training program and a multi-million dollar weapon development program.
haha, it's realtively cheap to get a soldier on the ground with something like that... A LAW96 for example costs £300. The average soldier costs £25K to train. The Average Cruise Missile is like £300K. The math kinda speaks for itself >.< Plus I stick with my idea of bolt round >.<
