does anyone know if there is a watercooling block for the 560Ti?
It really depends which one, which specific model. But there is always a option of universal blocks if your card is not listed for fullcover block, of course then you have to solve the VRM/RAM cooling in other way.
it's a MSI GeForce GTX 560 Ti Twin Frozr II
The TF cards are normally non reference, so I'd expect you'll have to look at a universal block.
EKWB has no fullcover : http://www.coolingconfigurator.com/step1_complist?gpu_gpus=542
XSPC has no fullcover either : http://www.xs-pc.com/products/waterblocks/gpu-waterblocks/
Watercool Heatkiller has a block for GTX560Ti, but not your version : http://watercool.de/sites/default/files/downloads/MA_GPU-X3_GTX560_A5_ENG.pdf
Seems like PCB is similar as in that PDF for Heatkiller ? Would be good if you could try it before buy, but maybe you should ask Watercool directly ?
