5v Line hovers @ 4.10- is that to low?

    imho, i think it is a largeish risk, i mean its hard to say, you might be fine for 20 yrs !

    however that plastic has got MIGHTY hot mate, dont risk it. rma the mobo and chop out the psu man. PRONTO

    Thanks for the advice, but (foolishly) i am going to keep using them, for the moment anyway. I may see if i can find the mobo recipt tho...just in case :p
    Still no ideas on what actually caused the probs?

    my +5.00v line is at 4.97v is that ok? I'm not having any problems but i'd just like to know.

    yep thats fine, anythin above 4.8 should be fine...

    OK. SO ive been thinking - its only my 5V rail that is low, and only a couple of connectors look borked. A little look later, the 2 burnt connectors are the 5v connectors to the mobo (i think) so thats where the prob is i think. Maybe if i clean the mobo pins up, because theyre not letting enought through or sumamt?
