I'm doing some research, so I may find something but it often proves valuble to mine the bit-tech knowledge base:

Can anyone recommend a USB C battery bank capable of out-putting 65W or more to charge a XPS 13 laptop on the go? The trick here is not to use Amazon - they won't deliver battery banks to the island; not even wireless earbuds in a charging case!!

So likely Ebay or some such, whilst avoiding the chinesium fire hazards.

    Any experience/knowledge to share?

Anker are good quality, I have their model 737 power bank (140W output), but they also do a model 537 (65W) version.
If you want a hard case for it and a couple of cables, get the one for Anker's "Soundcore 2" bluetooth speaker.
Currys stock the 737, if that helps.
Which island are you referring to?

The big boy looks a bit chunky, both for my needs and my wallet, so I've gone for the 65 watt 537 model - it has dual USB C ports so my XPS will charge at 45 watts and my phone can suck down 20 watts.
