My 6800GT used to be able to run at 425/1100 without any problems, after I sleeved my psu it can no longer overclock near 400, any ideas?

seems like I didn't set the pins back in right

any suggestions as to what I can do?

seems quite strange. Do you have another PSU you could try?

Well if the PCI-e conector pins aren't in properly then why don't you try re-doing it ?

    don't have another psu try
I checked and both sets of pins match so if the pins weren't in right I don't think it would power up
