Good stuff. That's impressively awful quality control from Overclockers.co.uk there! Glad you finally got a retail chip. FYI, I am now running with a lower CPU voltage on my chip and I have also lowered the CPU OC PLL to 1.15V (down from Auto). Both have given me significantly lower temperatures - so I am now running 16°C colder than stock!
That's a nice temp drop that. I will be delidding this once I am sure its totally working fine. Turns out a mate has a Delid tool so after Easter I will do it.
