I understand that Intel 855 graphic chipsets are not supporting or going to support Vista/ aero glass. So if I got an AOpen XCube MZ855 or similar sff computer with intergrated graphics could I just add a graphics card with a more upto date chipset that is supported under Vista, and use that? Could I also use the onboard graphics as a second or dual display for non aero applications?

ok let go one step at the time....
first..... if you got a agp or pci-x 16 slot where you can place the graphics card... then you can use it to render aero.....
second ...... short, no you can't use the integrated as a second monitor.... long explanation is that the integrated graphics gets disable by the bios once it detecs the dedicated card, so no

Yeah, you won't be able to use the integrated graphics to run a second monitor, but any AGP/PCI-X card that can run Glass should support dual monitors.
