i'm trying to get video out on my 8800GTS 512, but it doesn't seem to recognize that there is a tv plugged in. googling shows this to be a not uncommon problem, but none of the solutions on google seem to fix it. i've tried plugging the TV in with the following cables: * 9-pin mini-din to 5-pin mini-din (s-video) * 5-pin mini-din to 5-pin mini-din * 5-pin mini-din to composite * 9-pin mini-din breakout to component any other suggestions? the "force tv detection" box in my nvidia control panel is greyed out, and "rigorous display detection" doesn't fix anything.
only thing i can think of is to reinstall your drivers ,i had this problem along time ago and that solved it ,make sure you clear out all nvidia drivers and reinstall them again , good luck m8
