    I'm thinking CNC out of solid block. More unused than used. Proper!

    It's VERY sturdy! ...no bending, milled from 24" x 12" x 2" block of cast acrylic. Original plan called for Grey PVC, but I found some 2" thick clear acrylic cheaper. The clear will be painted "House of Kolor" Silver Metal Flake to accent the billet features. ...."You should leave it Clear!" ...If it was 2001, then I'd agreed with you...

    I think we both ended up hitting Delvie's Plastics again for this project. The original plan to use purple and red, but the place that sold purple was charges way too much...
