    I imagine the O-ring also lost its round cross-section by the time it got clamped in place. I didn't leave much squish room in the channel.
    @Bill - Don't get me started on eplastics. I prefer Tap plastics or Delvies.
    @MadFusionMedia - With this crowd, we had to leak pics. It would've gotten ugly, and you can't tear gas a forum...

    Ep 1 is a huge tease. The leakage will hopefully keep this from turning into a re-enactment of Egypt.
    BTW- Did any of that 2" plastic survive the mill?:D You did say you were paying me in plastic scraps...
