Thanks guys! Corsair H50 installed with chrome loom. I'm waiting for Zalman MFC1 PLUS-B, 6 Channel fan controller to arrive, I've got a faceplate I made and had chrome plated for another project that never got used.. then I'll start routing wires.

Wow, amazing, I wish I could spend a week with you in your shop just to look over your shoulder and watch your amazing work. I'll sweep the floors at the end of the day and make coffee runs as well.. Outstanding work.. Like deadpix said " looks like a high performence engine.

Only if I can do the same at your shop Ron :thumb:

I had this faceplate from Zalman ZM-MFC1 Plus fan controller chrome plated for another project, but ended up fabbing a new plate for that one. I ordered another controller and will swap the factory plate for this one, and paint the Knobs with the "Anodizit" paint by Plastikote The controller will mount backwards in the optical drive bay.

    Thanks guys!

@ The boy, I wish it was paint! (plated)

Altho the DVD drive will be hidden behind the aluminum optical drive bay cover, I want the drive to match the case finish.

I prep the plastic surface of the drive faces with red scotch brite, then I use Flexible primer by Plastikote for the base coat before painting it.

The DVD drive shell before primer coat.

Those knobs will be Blue :D

Ok, here is Plastikote brand's "Engine Enamel" Aluminum paint #207 as base coat, then top coated with Plastikote brand "Anodizit" Blue 24 hours later.... The Silver basecoat gives the Anodizit Blue more of a Kandy coloring...

This is just getting better and better. For the first time since getting into building PC's I have a new case and other bits in the house and I have not even started or even opened the boxes yet because I am waiting to see what you do here.

Then I am going try my hand at this, as I said before absolute awesome work

@Kovoet, please don't let me hold you up from having some Modding Fun :dremel: ;)

@J05H11E, I like it too! Thanks for posting

@enormous, Thanks for checking out the log and commenting.

I have to pick up the pace and finish this so I can start some other projects. The only items I'm waiting on before final assembly is the fan controller, some more chrome loom for the 24 pin connector and Operating system which is the last item being sent from MSI
