    Always happens to me

Last time it fell right in and got stuck so i could'nt shake it out as i went to pull everything out it all just got worse breaking connections i had made having to resolder, bending brackets and mounting points warping.

just for a single screw BAH!!

@DeadP1xels, Oh Nooos! I feel your pain.

This has been a busy week, so I haven't had much time for this build until yesterday afternoon. I made a plate to both manage and hide cables.

Each of the opening will have this Black rubber u-channel

I'm just curious as to why you would need to do those pieces manually when you own a CNC lathe?

I assume you mean a mill

Its all the fun doing stuff by hand it gets to the point where your manufacturing something if you mill it all, Like building a jigsaw instead of making

I guess its not really worth the effort starting it up either

Thats what i like about Bills work he has the access to this stuff but does most himself he could be cncing out fan holes and everything

Besides, a good mill or a vertical machining center is usually so expensive it's not worth spending time doing randoms bits and pieces.

Mill is normally tied up with production orders of our retail parts. and I still enjoy using a Drill press and hand files :D

Thanks for tuning and commenting Jeff :thumb:

I installed the Blue Cold cathodes on front of the chassis to illuminate front bezel today.

@p0Pe, I was just talking with somebody about your PC-Beto, did you know PCWorld did a feature on our mods recently? here btw: not concerned about the restriction, It has 120mm Panaflo L1A intake fan as well (below).

@DeadP1xels, The replacement GPU never arrived this week. I was hoping to have the system finished this weekend.

@LooseNeutral, Thanks man! I'll have to show the grill to Hannes at Fractal design and mention you said that! :D
