Damn you all - I had convinced myself that I positively didn't need a U2711 because they were too expensive but seeing the praise here for NRG IT has made me change my mind...
Hi Rich, I dont think we have had any through yet. Cool. Please be aware though that we are closing down for the Christmas Holidays on the 21st and will be back on the 3rd of Jan. We occasionally get new ones through (although we have none atm), but to be honest the refurbs are usually just as good. They are often tested more thoroughly than new ones, and once a monitor has reached a customer and bedded in safely, there is just as much chance (very small) of an issue as with a new one. Should there happen to be any issues within the first 14 days (normally caused by the shipping process) we swap the monitor out at our expense. We also offer a repair service for monitors outside of the warranty period as well, not that it is needed very often.
Wow I have been thinking of getting one of the Dell Monitors as I hear nothing but praise for them, so I will keep you guys in mind as your prices look really good.
Hmm, that U2711 is looking more and more appealing now... especially since so many members here recommend your company. I sense my bank balance getting smaller within the next 6 months...
Bought my first Dell 24" from you a few years ago now. Still going strong as a secondary monitor. Keep up the good work.

Bought my P1911 from NRG_IT off eBay. Managed to get next day (Saturday) delivery sorted very easily and communication was superb Highly recommended.

Guilty as charged I bought a refurb U3011 earlier this year and was amazed that the unit I received was essentially brand new. Companies that consistently deliver high quality products and services deserve all the recommendation that comes their way.
