Graphics A400-TD128SI: A Cut-down version?

I've been offered a Leadtek 6800 card (A400-TD128SI) for what seems like a good price (£100). It's used, but only for a few months.

I tried to do some research on this card, but there is little mentioned about an SI version... is this card the standard non-ultra version or some sort of cut-down version? Leadtek have an LE version listed on their site and this doesnt seem to be it, however...????

If it is a 'lite' version, how would it compare to my current card: Club 3D 6600GT (128)?

Also can anyone confirm if you can open the extra 4 pipelines?
