Hi Guys before I go and spend any money on a new board I can't seem to get this puppy running stable above 1250Mhz?

    Voltage is set @ 1.85
    Multiply X12
    CPU FSB/PCI 107/33

I know this board is old and was cheap when I got it but would be nice to squeeze a bit more out the baby.

I've just bought the AJHIA 1.4 T-Bird for my other board the KT7A which I know is a better board. I have plans to use this for my water cooling project and will use the new chiponce it has been tested for leaks and stuff.

So in the mean time would be nice to see if I've got some life in the old dog? The board that is :eyebrow:

    :D

Probably won't manage it. The problem is the KT133 northbridge, which would not go much beyond 100 MHz FSB.

Yeah I'm using good ram 512Mb Kingmax and your comments confirm my fears that an upgrade will be my next priority.

I must admit it was bought in some haste for my LAN box and was a quick and cheap fix to a problem I had.

I might still get the KT7A as they are only around £50 and will make better use of my hardware I have at hand.

    Thanks for the replys :D
