    and i hear beeep...........beeep.........beeep
it dose not stop each beep is about 3secs apart,
so i took one stick of ram out

so i took both sticks out and put the 2700 in slot one (the one the is away from the other two,

every thing boots up just fine,
    hmm OK,
then i put pc2100 ram in the slot 2

Set the board up for non spd detection, cas 2.5 /3/3/6 133 fsb with non agressive cpu interface and put both sticks back in and see if it likes it better.

Edit: leave cpu interface on agressive to start with.

im not even going to bother putting that 2100 in there again since i have taken it out i can now get from
    133FSB x 11.5 = 11.53Ghz
    TO
    148 FSB x 11.5 = 1.70Ghz

as to when i had both in there i could only get max 142FSB and even then it was unstable :)
