Firstly,I would like to say hi to all of you=]
I am a new one from HK.
I really like this web because this web is really professional...
It is really different from Hong Kong since this forum is free.

My problem... actually is a basic problem about the relationship of Front Side Bus the frequency of memory.
I am now using crosshair IV formula and AMD 1055T.
And the memory is ADATA DDR3 1600.
My cpu is set to 200MHz and the memory is run by DDR 1333.
I know that I need to O.C the cpu to use 1600.

However, I don't really know the relationship of them and how to O.C.
I don't want to set by BIOS because some basic programme as TurboV is installed in HK.

I think that it is safer and easier.

Can anyone tell me the relationship of them and teach me to O.C the cpu to run 1600?

well bios is really the only way to safely oc.. I don't really trust software to do those changes- well goes back to ntune for me on the nvidia chipsets xD so I maybe a bit bias

cpu speed is the busxmulti.. your dram speed is set by the fsb : dram ratio.. with a 200 fsb (x2) your looking at 1:4 ratio

here's a little more depth in this article on bit on what the settings do in the bios

    http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/cpus/2009/05/11/overclocking-amd-s-phenom-ii-x3-720-be/3

*edit aye got the fsb wrong.. fixed so used to dealing with intel xD hyper transport was first though
