Silly old me went and purchased a lovely router without a power supply thinking it would be easy to buy one. Its not easy :cries:

Can anyone help with finding a adapter for a Netgear RT328 ISDN router 16VAC out @ 1A.

    Cheers :)

You could try one of these from Maplins

It falls a little outside the ratings on your original, but it might work. Take the unit into Maplins and see if the'll let you try it there, before you buy.

Failing that shout at Fly - he may be able to suggest something else. I just had a quick poke around the online catalouge....

The old tape type answering machines ran on peculiar voltages like that 16VAC... you might get lucky and find one that will match the needs of your router.

You could be naugty, ring up Netgear and claim your package was missing the power supply?

You could always tell them you dropped it or fried it somehow and would like to buy a replacement.
