I bondoed that door, I think I don't have to apply any bondo to door anymore, those will be sanded down, then I'm using spray putty and then it should be ready for primer coat.

Progress is hold till I got all HW and WC stuff. In time that will be about 1 week. Then I can make MOBO cover and all holes needed to chassis. There will be UV-red plexi, white plexi and white and red LEDs. Bringing up the UV effect, there will be UV-cathodes. Of course the water will be UV-red. Tubing is 10/8mm.

    HW:
    AMD 64 opteron 144
    DFI Ultra-D NF4
    MSI 6600GT
    Samsung 2x1gb UCCC
    Samsung 160gb SATAII
    Antec neoHE 430W
    LG DVD-RW

CPU, GPU and NF4 will be watercooled.

Ive got one of the CAB1E Opteron 144's, I got it up to 3.25ghz stable, but I run at 3.15ghz 24/7 - so you should get over the 3ghz mark :)

Today I made platform (is that right word) for pump:

I used M4 screws to attach it.

Im still waiting for that MOBO. Have to order tubing and some UV-stuff, then this project will really get started!

Now I'm having problem with fittings; I have ordered AC:s Twinplex pro SLi chipset block, and I'm not sure will these fit to it? I'm going to install those to CPU and VGA block too: AC CPU block AC VGA block. Is it possible?

If i were u i would get the plug&cool fittings from AC (unless u really want those other ones...)

I have them here aswell and they work very well :)

and to answer ur question, yes they should fit, they use 1/8 threading wich is the same as AC uses... (i think, not 100% sure)

But I mean physical fit, Is there enough room? That gap between holes is pretty narrow. Will it fit? part 2

    I may change CPU, 144 -> 170, runs @ 3200mhz

Hmm, Ive seen someone else here use the compression fittings u want on the same block and if i remember correctly it will fit but VERY tightly (not alot of room to fool around with :D)

Why dont u mail aquacomputer about that? (Or make a post on their forums) they are a very helpfull bunch :D

It's been quiet.. but Stealthy is in game again! Colour scheme is almost planned, White and Camo or red with white or red lights. Fans: Nexus 2x120mm for rad and 1x80mm nexus on back panel. Will be quiet. Every cathode and led will be controlled because im sleeping in same room with it, so it have to be dark at nights. I have already ordered blocks and pump, AC and swiftech MCP350. Res will be DIY-product, final design is not ready yet. I will be using 8/10mm tubing.
