Ive been having problem with my broadband for the past few days. The modem says it has connected and everything but nothing gets through to the network. Ive tried using it directly via usb but it makes no difference. It came back today and was working fine till tonight when my websites and irc stoped working. Msn was still working at this point. I started fiddling with the dns servers on my modem and have changed them to non default ones and the websites started working again. But now msn is broken and irc is still broken. My isp is Timewarp ( www.timewarp.co.uk) I can not access this site so i have a feeling they have either gone bust or the computer at the headquarters is down. Any ideas?

I just went thru a bunch of stuff with my DSL modem…I an idiot I skipped oven basics and went right into the tech stuff. It turned out the RJ 11 cable that can with the modem was bad…
