right Easynet (the LLU) are going to trial ADSL2 and 2+ soon and are looking for a commesial rollout of the service by Q3 of this year. My question is this.... do they have to replace any of the DSLAMs in the exchanges or is it a simple case of upgrading the firmware. Now this question is not realated to home ADSL modems/routers. Reason is that Easynet have an LLU exchange near where im going to be living at the end of the year and currently i think the maximum i can get is UKonlines 8meg service although i cant confirm as im not actually there yet.
    Ta peeps :D

I heard that the DSLAMs they have now are already compatible with ADSL2/2+ so yeah I guess it would just be a firmware upgrade or flicking as switch somewhere.
