Been invited to a LAN with some mates and need to buy a decent-ish card so I can play the games without turning the detail right down. The games list is pretty old as most people have families to support before our hardware addictions http://3rdreality.co.uk/games.htm I'm not a gamer so have no idea on cards, I normally use the IGP on my i5-2500K as I do 2D work! I have a 20" widescreen monitor (1680x1050) and want something that can manage the games a decent detail level... So guys... need some advice on a cheap (sub £100) card to buy, prob looking for something second hand?

the gtx460 is probs overkill...but is a FANTASTIC card for the money on the 2nd hand market you should easily be able to pick one up for under £100 the 4870 is also likely avalible
