    Hey,

    I have recently just bought a new motherboard,

    AOpen AK77 - 600 Max

    I upgrade from the AOpen AK77 - 333, the 333 board is over 2 years old now and used AGP 4x and whats concerning me is that i have a GeForce FX 5800 Ultra and since i have used the new motherboard my 3Dmarks are now lower :confused: when yet when using 8x surly it should be faster....

    I have installed the 4 in 1 driver and the board is working 100% no issues no faults! any ideas why the sudden drop in 3Dmarks is around 2000 less

    Have you re-installed Windows since you upgraded the mobo, if not then I would recommend you do.

    Hey yes its the same test program and i have done a full fresh install!

    All drivers are the same as how they use to be... Errrr

    I cant understand it to be honest

    Install all the latest drivers and directx, it could just be becuase you now have something like anitaliasing or vsync turned on though ;)

    No AA is off and all drivers are the same and installed i dont know what the problem is :wallbash:
