I did a quick Everest report to check out that everything was well with my computer, and I found this in the section about the agp status: AGP status Deactivated That doesnt seem good to me.. is it suppose to be like that? (if not, how do I fix it?)
You have PCI-E, therefore AGP is deactivated (as it's non-existent). Edit: I see the rig in the sig isn't finished. What are your system specs?
At the moment, im on a XP 2600+ (@3100+), 1gb ram and a geforce 4 ti4200 agp 8x, and a Soltek SL-KT600-RL mobo
Chipset drivers installed? Could just be everest being a bit ghay... run some games, if the performance is ok then its just read error....
Well, if you're running a "geforce 4 ti4200 agp 8x" I wouldn't expect it to run CoD2 at the resoultion mate
CoD2's got a system that sets textures etc to what the computer can handle.. And because of that, you can run the game at high resolutions. My brother can run it at 1280x1024 with his slightly clocked MX440, but the textures etc looks crap
