    Thankyou for your replies, it seems we have a reasonable interest in getting a live chat are up and running!

    For now we will continue to use aol's private chat facility but I have been speaking with someone who is willing to set up a website with live chat facilities!! We cannot setup a dedicated area on aol as they wont allow it obviously!

    This could then be a dedicated place for Bit-Techers to go!
    If u have any input then please reply on this thread, else watch this space for news of the forum!

    Tho if anyone actually wants to talk to me on there I'd have to add them to the allow list. I've got everyone but specific buddies blocked off.. got tired of doinks who thought AIM and the internet was their own personal dating service. Or, I could just add to the allow list everyone who replies to this thread with their SNs. Yeah.. I 'll do that.

    (edit) Yeah, I just put everyone who posted before me as allowed, so talk to me if you feel so inclined to do so :)
