Hello, I have a 9800 AIW pro card and I was looking at the x line up from ati. As far as I can tell the x1600 is on the same level performance wise from the 9800. the 1300 seams to have lower speeds and fill rates and the 1800 seams to one up the 9800.
Just wondering how many people on here agree or disagree with me on this?

The x1300 really isn't a gamer's card. The x1800 would be a HUGE improvement over the 9800, but x1800s are outdated and never came in AGP varieties to my knowledge. Assuming you are going to still use AGP then a used x850xt/6800GT or a 7600GT or X1650 would probably be good choices. If you can stretch the budget then an x1950pro AGP would be significantly better. If you can wait a bit to upgrade they should have HD 2600XTs in AGP, their performance is currently unknown, but they will have DX10 capabilities.
