let's start ... Aluminum strips and cluttering management ..

Cut the strips at length of 50 cm

Here is the base .. 50 cm x 23 cm there's enough space for everything ..

Basic consolidation and support for fixing the front panels (tank) and rear Technical tests

The front panel will be a tank (it is the first time I realize it we hope ...) that in addition to being a hrdware part for cooling it will be part of the structure in the case ..

The 4 panels of 0.5 mm a total of 2 cm

    all together must be processed

Rear panel also in the inserore support a LED lamina There are 3 0.4 mm panels

    Test ... view from below

still have to create the upper cover with supports that will hold the side panels for anchored to the structure An insertion of 2 vertical plates 1 for the motherboard and another for coverage - LEDS logos etc will give greater stability to everything ..

Are you going to make the reservoir like Toru's, with silicon gaskets?

    Me too:grin:

Yes Turu has done a great job, but I don't have such a means of a CNC (pantograph), I think they used the Twister (Radioactive) method I will be in between and then glue all layers with epoxy glue and eventually seal everything But I've never done such a thing first, I don't know Sattamenets and it will come as planned, in any case I have plan B.

My modest opinion is that when you realize this type of projects especially without machines,
you have to leave very well because everything you will be created later will be leaning on the basis Realization of the upper structural support panel,
almost identical to the lower one but with only 2 hubs to keep the structure tightly, the radiator and fans will be fixed on this panel

back, these 3 panels of 4 mm each will have worked later

    Assembly with temporary screws

test, the front panel that will be a tank, this too will be shaped later, the important thing is to build the stable structure.

Preparation of the base that will contain various cables, and on which it will pogge power supply and supports for the motherboard

The aluminum strips were shaped to the mm to perfectly coincide with the supports previously made in the case.

Upper panel that will be well fixed to the aluminum structure, and where I will also make holes and openings to fix radiator and fans, other higher panels will be built followed + other fronts

The front panel is as important as the alloy wheels for a used car ... I realize supports with "U" aluminum profiles these will support in transparent acrylic panel So signed by hand and we leave ...

They will still have to be well finished but the base is ..

will be fixed with m3 screws on the tank and on the chassis .. that's why it was so important to start well with the base ...

OPS .... Rear panels don't go everything. Well ... I think they had a remarkable tension, you learn this and refers to ... all three ...

Completion of the Motherboard Tray which is integrated into the case making everything much more stable, the panels are 2,
spaced of 2 cm to welcome the cables and more .. And in turn use them as a base to add other LED panels and logos ..
Low back fixing and above all very stable

Thank you, Italians were great designers, today they are great sheep, unable to enforce their rights.
