    could you please inform me why i have been banned on the #bit channel please...everytime i load IRC it tells me ive been banned...

    any info would be appreciated....

    yes the administration decided that the irc channel should close. You'll find the details in Kna's post in the thread previously supplied. Comments should be direct there so if you don't mind i'll close this thread :)

    incidently the banning is purely to stop ppl from automatically rejoining the channel and to lock it out from public use.
    it is not directed at individuals.
