That's most probably a test machine. Notice the rightmost little icon in the system tray? That's the VMWare icon so it's unlikely that anyone is actually using that machine for normal use.
A guy I knew once asked me to take a look at his laptop, because it was a little "sluggish". It booted in a record time of around 7 minutes, with a system tray more than half way across the screen, full of all the sort of crap shown there. It does happen, people are surprisingly stupid.
I swear my Dad's PC was half like that when I first introduced him to the concept of adware & spyware. He had more diallers than an old phone exchange and so many toolbars that he was viewing websites in widescreen even on a 4:3 monitor.
wow! if somebody had that pc I'd confiscate it... use it responsibly if you're going to use it a computer can do more things than just download porn... well, not many more things but you get my drift
most of that isnt spyware tbh, someone stupid has just installed alot of browser plugins, placed some instant messenger program on the top, made the resolution really small and taken a screenshot for a funny on the internet. FFS Theres like 16 search bars there, you only need 1 (and i can do with 0). The thing in the bottom left looks ominous though
I suffer each time I go to a friend's house and I see that they've installed "bars" and useless proggies.
Well... the problem is the Bearshare icon down there, that program is loaded with bad things for your pc
Beautiful... (yeah right) Some people should not be allowed to own computers. (Even though this is probably a fake)
