Given the recent talk of dried meat - a.k.a RTTs love of Jerky (Beef Jerky that is) I thought I'd mention that in the foodhall of Rackhams in Birmingham they have about 4 gourmet versions of both Jerky and Biltong. Can't say I looked too closely at the flavours mind but there was quite a large section devoted to it.

Wouldn't normally have noticed... but I saw it and thought of B-T

    So are all the others

Isn't it amazing? It's something to do with when it's dried out or something, since it loses mass. I forget. They're 200% delicious though!
