Given the recent talk of dried meat - a.k.a RTTs love of Jerky (Beef Jerky that is) I thought I'd mention that in the foodhall of Rackhams in Birmingham they have about 4 gourmet versions of both Jerky and Biltong. Can't say I looked too closely at the flavours mind but there was quite a large section devoted to it. Wouldn't normally have noticed... but I saw it and thought of B-T
no, you look like your miserably attempting to raise your post count so you can get an av Gawd, not eaten beef jerky in years, you've sent me on one of those weird cravings now . . .

Peronally the best jerky i ever had was impala jerky (those of you out there who live in south africa, i really hate you ). Tbh impala is the best meat i've ever had, i can see why the lions munch it
So are all the others Isn't it amazing? It's something to do with when it's dried out or something, since it loses mass. I forget. They're 200% delicious though!
