I posted earlier and this is a bit of a follow up.
Have recently built a PC using these components but had problems with the memory.
    Original post,http://forums.bit-tech.net/showthread.php?t=179315
I have since returned the ram and am looking for advice on what alternatives I should be looking at and given the problems I have been having should I go for just the 2Gg or 3Gg or 4Gg ?
    and should I go for in the case of 4Gg, 2 x 2 Gg or 4 x 1 Gg.
What I am asking is the best combination for my board and Windows 7 32 bit and the fact that the GPU has a Gg of memory.

    Thanks
    K

Anything over 2GB of RAM, and you'll need the 64-bit Win7 in order to use it all (because even 3GB RAM, plus 1GB on your 4890, plus hard drive caches/occasional bits of memory on other components etc will push you comfortably past the 32-bit limit). Conveniently, this disk is in the same box as the 32-bit disk.

I'd go 4GB, as 2x2GB - if you go for 4x1GB on an i5 board, you'll need to ditch your old RAM if/when you upgrade it.

Have a look in the buyer's guide.
