Open Source Alternative software for....

    Hey guys, my Mac got stolen along with a lot of expensive apps (CS3) that I'm furious about losing. I was wondering if anyone knew of any good free alternatives to the following:

    Adobe Illustrator
    Dream Weaver (I can't code HTML so I need a WYSIWYG editor)

    I'll need the software for a Windows PC

    You could try and report the software stolen to the vendor, and using credit card receipts / whatever have a new license key issued?
